- 2cups bone broth or water
- 1/4cup ricewashed
- 1whisked egg
- green onions
- chili oil (Lao Gan Ma)
- century egg
Bring 2 cups bone broth or water to a simmer.
Add 1/4 cup rice (washed) and cook for about 25 minutes.
Stir in 1 whisked egg, continue until egg is cooked. Pour into a serving bowl.
Top with whatever toppings you like! I love adding chili oil (Lao Gan Ma) and a century egg, but green onions, mushrooms, meat would all be delicious too.
