Kimchi Jeon (Bamboooyah)

Ingredients

  • 1/2
    tsp gochugaru
  • 1
    cup kimchi
  • sprinkle msg
  • 1/2
    tbsp chicken bouillon
  • 2
    green onions
  • 1
    cup Ottogi Korean pancake mix
  • 2
    tbsp kimchi juice
  • 3/4
    cup cold water
  • 2-3
    tbsp oil

Instructions

Mix 1 cup kimchi, 2 tbsp kimchi juice, 2 green onions, 1 cup Ottogi Korean pancake mix, 1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon, 1/2 tsp gochugaru, sprinkle msg.

Lightly mix the batter with 3/4 cup cold water until combined.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add 2-3 tbsp oil. Pour and evenly spread batter. Cook for 4 minutes until the bottom is crispy, then flip and cook for 3-4 min.
