Ingredients

  • 1
    Tablespoon Neutral Oil
  • 1
    Cup Anchovies
  • 1/3
    Cup Peanuts
  • 1
    Tablespoon Rice Syrup
  • 1
    Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1
    Teaspoon Gochujang
  • 1
    Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1
    Tablespoon Water
  • 1
    Teaspoon Gochugaru

Instructions

Add the oil to the pan over medium low heat 1 Tablespoon Neutral Oil

Add anchovies and toast for 1 minute1 Cup Anchovies

Add peanuts and toast for another 2 minutes 1/3 Cup Peanuts

Mix sauce ingredients and add to pan1 Teaspoon Gochugaru1 Teaspoon Gochujang1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce1 Teaspoon Sugar1 Tablespoon Rice Syrup1 Tablespoon Water

Stir and cook for about 1 more minute
