Instructions

Making pre-breaded Pork Katsu from a local Korean market

Pull out a large pan, set heat on high, and then fill the pan with a bunch of oil

Take your fritters and place them in the hot oil. Flip them a bunch of times until they’re golden brown.

Once brown, take it off the heat and put it on a plate, eat with some rice, and enjoy!
