Quick n' Easy Salmon Rice

Ingredients

  • 1
    piece Ice cube
  • 2
    cups White rice
  • 2
    teaspoons sriracha sauce
  • 2
    teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2
    teaspoons Kewpie mayo
  • 2
    fillet Salmon
    cooked
  • 1
    pack Roasted Sesame Seaweed
  • Furikake rice seasoning

Instructions

Take out a plate and scoop out 2 cups White rice. Place 1 piece Ice cube atop and place parchment paper before microwaving for 1 minute. We do this so that the rice moistens!

Take off the parchment paper. Add 2 fillet Salmon (cooked) atop, then add 2 teaspoon soy sauce,2 teaspoons sriracha sauce and 2 teaspoons Kewpie mayo. Mix together well.

Once mixed, garnish with Furikake rice seasoning and enjoy with 1 pack Roasted Sesame Seaweed
