Spicy Radish Salad
- 1tablespoon SugarMix into daikon
- 2tablespoon Table saltSprinkle all over daikon
- 1/2pound DaikonThinly sliced into match sticks.
- 1tablespoon GarlicMinced
- 1tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1tablespoon Plum Extract
- 1tablespoon Sesame seeds
- 1tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 4tablespoon Gochugaru
1/2 pound Daikon (Thinly sliced into match sticks.) 2 tablespoon Table salt (Sprinkle all over daikon)1 tablespoon Sugar (Mix into daikon) Let this sit on the countertop for 30 minutes. Do not rinse the daikon.
1 tablespoon Fish sauce 1 tablespoon Plum Extract 4 tablespoon Gochugaru 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil 1 Scallion (Chopped) 1 tablespoon Garlic (Minced) 1 tablespoon Sesame seedsCombine all and mix.
Let it sit on the countertop for 15 minutes before serving. Eat with Korean bbq or Bossam.
