KONGNAMUL GUK(BEAN SPROUT SOUP)

Ingredients

  • 1
    6oz Bean sprouts
    Rinse and clean
  • 4-5
    cloves Garlic
    minced
  • 2
    Scallion
    chopped
  • Broth
    Bring to a boil for 10 minutes under medium heat.
  • 5
    cup Water
  • 1
    Dashi pack
    Put one dashi bag in a medium pot of water.

    Scallions
    chopped
  • 2
    tablespoon Salt
  • 1
    tablespoon Gochugaru

Instructions

1 6oz Bean sprouts (Rinse and clean )

Garlic 4-5 cloves Garlic (minced)2 Scallion (chopped)

Discard dashi pack. Into the boiling broth, put in the bean sprouts. Cover pot with lid and let it boil for 10 minutes.

Add 2-3 TBSP salt and minced garlic. Cook for 2 minutes. Add in chopped scallions. Turn off heat.

Serve with a side of gochugaru if you prefer a spicy yet refreshing taste!
