Banana Sushi for Breakfast
- 2BananaVery ripe
- 1/4Cups Hemp Seeds
- 1/8Cup Almond Butter
- 1Tbsp Maple Syrup or Coconut Sugar
1. Set whole bananas on plates, do not slice.
2. Using a spreading knife, spread the tops of the bananas with almond butter.
3. Sprinkle hemp seeds over the top of the almond butter.
4. Drizzles a little maple syrup or coconut sugar (optional).
5. Slice into pieces and eat with chopsticks.
