Easy Baked Doughnuts

Ingredients

Icing

  • 1/2
    Cup Icing sugar
  • 3
    Tbsp Milk
    Plant-based
  • 1
    Tbsp Beetroot Juice
  • 1 1/2
    cups Flour
    all-purpose
  • 1/2
    Cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2
    tsp Baking Powder
  • 1
    Pinch Salt
  • 1 1/4
    Cups Water
  • 1
    tsp Vanilla

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and mix together the dry ingredients and add in the wet.

2. Spray your doughnut baking tray. Pour evenly into doughnut tray. Bake for 18-20 minutes.

4. For the white glaze mix 1/2 cup of icing sugar with 3 tablespoons of plant-based milk. For the red glaze mix 1/2 cup of icing sugar with 2 tablespoons of plant-based milk and 1/2 a teaspoon of pink food coloring or 1 tablespoon of beetroot juice
