Oyster Mushroom Shredded “Chicken” Hack

Ingredients

  • 1
    package Ramen Noodles
    small
  • 1
    Cup Water
    Hot
  • 1
    Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2
    Tbsp Tamari
  • 1
    tsp Ginger
    Fresh Grated
  • 1
    tsp Garlic
  • 1
    tsp Honey or Agave Nectar

1. Shred “chicken”

2. In a hot sauce pan heat oil. Add garlic and ginger.

3. Add shredded “chicken.”

4. Cook for a minute. Then add 1 Tbsp tamari. Keep cooking until mushrooms seem dry.

5. In the meantime cover noodles in boiling water, about 4 minutes, until noodles are soft. Add noodles to the pan.

6. Add the rest of the tamari. Add the rest of the tamari. Cook until noodles are well coated, about 1 minute

7. Plate.
