Kimchi Guk (kimchi soup)

Ingredients

  • 2
    cups Kimchi
    chopped
  • 1/2
    pound Pork belly
    cut
  • 2
    tablespoons Hot pepper paste
  • 1/2
    tablespoon Sugar
  • 5
    cups Water
  • 1
    pack Soft Tofu
    cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2
    stalks Green onion
    chopped

Instructions

Let’s make Kimchi Guk

Add 2 cups Kimchi (chopped) in a large soup pot

Add 1/2 pound Pork belly (cut) (option to buy already cut or cut into bite size pieces)

Add 2 tablespoons Hot pepper paste

Add 1/2 tablespoon Sugar

Add 5 cups Water and mix everything together

Add 1 pack Soft Tofu (cut into bite sized pieces )

Add tofu into pot and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes with lid on

Remove lid and add 2 stalks Green onion (chopped)

Turn off heat and remove pan from stove. Scoop a bowl for soup and include rice and side dishes for a complete meal
