East Three Cup Mushroom Recipe

Ingredients

The Sauce

  • 2
    tsp Sugar
  • 3
    tbsp Rice wine
  • 1.5
    tbsp Sesame oil
  • 3
    tbsp Soy sauce

Aromatics

  • 3-5
    pieces Ginger
    sliced
  • 2
    cloves Garlic
    sliced
  • 2
    Red chilis
    sliced
  • 8
    oz Mushrooms
  • 1
    tbs Olive oil
  • 1
    handful Fresh basil

Instructions

Prep 8 oz Mushrooms by chopping / trimming ends of mushroom. Prep garlic, ginger, and peppers by slicing.

Prep sauce: combine 3 tbsp Soy sauce, 3 tbsp Rice wine, 1.5 tbsp Sesame oil, and 2 tsp Sugar.

Heat a pan with 1 tbs Olive oil and add in 2 cloves Garlic (sliced), 3-5 pieces Ginger (sliced), and 2 Red chilis (sliced). Stir fry 1-2m until fragrant.

Add in mushrooms, and stir fry for 1-2m.

Add in sauce mixture and stir fry for 1-2m. Add in 1 handful Fresh basil and stir fry until mushrooms are cooked through.

Serve with rice and enjoy!
