Ingredients

  • 10
    pieces Seaweed sheets (unseasoned)
  • 1
    tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2
    cloves Smashed garlic
    use back of the knife handle to smash the garlic
  • 2
    stalks Green onion
    chopped
  • 1
    teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
    optional
  • 1
    teaspoon Sugar
    optional
  • 1
    tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1
    tablespoon Sesame seeds

Instructions

Let’s make Gim Muchim (seaweed salad)

Use a grill or regular pan and turn to medium heat

Use 10 pieces Seaweed sheets (unseasoned)and begin lightly grilling the seaweed on both sides until slightly crispy. Other option to grill seaweed sheets on a heated skillet.

In a mixing bowl, add 2 stalks Green onion (chopped ), 2 cloves Smashed garlic (use back of the knife handle to smash the garlic ), 1 tablespoon Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Sesame oil, 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional),1 teaspoon Sugar (optional), 1

Take the grilled seaweed sheets and begin to rip it into bite size pieces into the seasoning bowl. Mix it in until the seaweed pieces are evenly coated.Taste test and adjust or add additional seasoning to your liking.

Serve with a bowl of rice! Enjoy!
