Okonomiyaki Fries

Ingredients

  • 3
    tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1
    tbsp Honey
  • 2
    tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1/4
    cup Ketchup
  • 3
    Russet potatoes
  • 1/2
    tsp Pepper
  • 2.5
    tbsp Neutral oil
  • 1
    tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2
    tsp Salt
  • 1
    tbsp Aonori
  • 2
    tbsp Bonito flakes
  • 2-3
    tbsp Kewpie Mayo
  • 1
    handful Green onion
    thinly sliced

Instructions

Okonomiyaki sauce - mix 1/4 cup Ketchup, 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp Oyster sauce, 1 tbsp Honey

Preheat over to 400F. Peel 3 Russet potatoes and chop them into sticks, or however you want your fries to be.

Place potatoes in large bowl and add 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Pepper, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 2.5 tbsp Neutral oil. Mix to evenly distribute across potatoes.

Place in air fryer basket (I’m using instant pot’s instant vortex plus air fryer oven) and air fry for 20m.

Drizzle with okonomiyaki sauce and 2-3 tbsp Kewpie Mayo. Top with 1 tbsp Aonori, 2 tbsp Bonito flakes, and 1 handful Green onion (thinly sliced).
