Fresh Papaya Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1
    inch Ginger
  • 1
    Cup Papaya
    Chopped
  • 1
    cup Milk
  • 3/4
    Cup Ice
  • 2-3
    tbsp Sugar
  • Peach Gum
    (optional topping)

Instructions

Peel the ginger with a knife or spoon and grate the piece of ginger using a ginger grater.

Extract ginger juice from the grated ginger using a small strainer, by pressing down onto the ginger using a spoon to release the juices.

Blend together the rest of the ingredients and also the ginger juice until combined and creamy.

Add your favorite toppings to your cups, i added peach gum but you can always add boba, coconut jelly etc. Pour smoothie into cups and enjoy!
