Kbbq Samygeopsal Pizza with Grilled Kimchi

Ingredients

  • 1
    Artisan Flatbread
  • 1/4
    Cup Korean bbq sauce
  • 1
    strip Samgyupsal
  • 1/2
    Cup Kimchi
  • 2
    tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2
    Baby Arugula
    large handful
  • 2
    cloves Garlic
    minced
  • 3
    Button Mushroom
    sliced
  • 1/4
    Small Red Onion
  • 1/4
    Cup Pineapple
    bits
  • 1/2
    Cup Shredded Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

We’re gonna make K-BBQ Samgyupsal Pizza with Grilled Kimchi!

Slice the samygeopsal in small pieces and place in a bowl. Pour the kbbq sauce and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours, overnight for more flavour.

Preheat the oven at 400°F. Cut kimchi into smaller pieces. Heat a small skillet over medium high heat. Add 2 tsp vegetable oil. Stir fry the kimchi for 3 mins

Using the same skillet (do not add oil), cook the samygeopsal for a few minutes until one side is slightly browned and a little crispy. Flip & cook til crispy

Place the flatbread on a lined baking tray. Spread the kbbq sauce on the flatbread evenly.

Add on the cheeses, minced garlic, baby arugula, mushrooms, red onion, pineapple, samygeopsal, kimchi. Top with more cheese at the end.

Bake in the oven for 10-13 mins, until the cheese is melted and mushrooms are cooked through. Enjoy!
