Ingredients

  • 2
    Cups Rice Cake
    frozen
  • 150
    ml Milk
  • 150
    ml Heavy Cream
  • 1/2
    Onion
    sliced
  • 3-4
    Button Brown Mushrooms
    sliced
  • 2
    tsp Garlic
    minced
  • 1
    Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4
    crown Broccoli
  • 4
    slices Bacon
  • 1/3
    Cup Parmigiano reggiano
  • 2
    slices American cheddar cheese

2. Place frozen 2 Cups Rice Cake (frozen) in hot water and soak for about 10 min. Set aside.

3. Combine 150 ml Heavy Cream and 150 ml Milk together and set aside.

4. Over med-high heat, add 1 Tbsp Olive Oil2 tsp Garlic (minced) 1/2 Onion (sliced)and stir fry. Add 3-4 Button Brown Mushrooms (sliced) rice cakes and mix

5. Add 4 slices Bacon. Pour in heavy cream & milk mixture.Keep stirring when it starts to boil. Continue stir until rice cakes are soft. Add 1/4 crown Broccoli

6. Add 2 slices American cheddar cheese and 1/3 Cup Parmigiano reggiano.

7. Serve and enjoy!
