Matcha Lava Baked Oats

Ingredients

Lava filling

  • 1/2
    tsp Maple syrup
  • 1/2
    tbsp Matcha powder
  • 2
    tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1/3
    cup Oat flour
  • 1/2
    tsp Baking powder
  • 1
    tbsp Vanilla whey protein
  • 1/2
    tbsp Matcha powder
  • 1/3
    cup Almond milk
  • 1/2
    tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1
    tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. stir together the dry ingredients in a ramekin. Add the wet ingredients to the ramekin and whisk until it’s well combined.

In another small bowl, mix the lava filling ingredients together.

Make a well in the centre of the baked oats batter, and spoon the lava filling in. cover with the batter from the sides.

Sprinkle the white chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
