Ingredients

  • 1
    cup bengal gram split
  • ginger
    chopped
  • cumin seeds
  • green chili
    roughly chopped
  • 5
    spoons water
  • coriander leaves
  • 50
    gm onion
    diced
  • salt

Instructions

Place 1 cup bengal gram split into a bowl. Wash & soak for 5 hours.

Next place the soaked bengal gram split into a blending bowl and add the following: ginger (chopped),green chili (roughly chopped),cumin seeds & 5 spoons water

Next blend all the ingredients together & place back into a mixing bowl.

To the bowl add: 50 gm onion (diced),coriander leaves(a handful),salt(to taste). Now mix it all together.

Using your hands, take the mix and form small patties (should make about 14). As your form them set them aside onto a large plate.

Once done forming the patties begin to cook on greased and heated surface until browned on both sides. Enjoy!

Healthy Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients

    tbsp onion
    chopped
  • 1
    tbsp capsicum
    chopped
  • green chili
    diced
  • 60
    gm hung curd
  • 2
    tbsp carrot
    shredded
  • salt
  • 50
    gm paneer

Instructions

Add to a bowl: 60 gm hung curd,1 tbsp onion (chopped),1 tbsp capsicum (chopped),2 tbsp carrot (shredded),green chili (diced)

Grate 50 gm paneer, add seasonings & salt (to taste)

Mix well

Spoon mixture onto slice of bread and top with another slice of bread to make a sandwich

Place sandwich on warm surface to cook, flipping halfway through until lightly toasted on each side.

Chickpeas Salad

    gm boiled chickpeas
  • 60
    gm raw chickpeas
  • 3
    tbsp capsicum
    chopped
  • 60
    gm thick curd
  • 2
    tbsp onion
    chopped
  • 1
    medium cucumber
    chopped
  • a dash of
    chili flakes
  • a dash of
    salt
  • a dash of
    pizza mix seasoning
  • 10
    gm roasted groundnut
  • coriander leaves

Instructions

Add to a bowl: 130 gm boiled chickpeas,60 gm raw chickpeas,2 tbsp onion (chopped),3 tbsp capsicum (chopped),1 medium cucumber (chopped),60 gm thick curd

Next add a few seasonings to the mix: a dash of salt (to taste),a dash of pizza mix seasoning,a dash of chili flakes

Mix until well combined. Then garnish the top with some coriander leaves & 10 gm roasted groundnut Enjoy!

Instant Vegetable Dosa

Ingredients

  • green chili
    chopped
  • 40
    gm besan
  • coriander leaves
  • cumin seeds
  • 40
    gm Onion
    chopped
  • 40
    gm Capsicum
    chopped
  • salt
  • 100
    gm cabbage
    chopped
  • 1/4
    cup water
  • turmeric powder

Instructions

Add to a bowl: 100 gm cabbage (chopped),40 gm Onion (chopped),40 gm Capsicum (chopped),coriander leaves,green chili (chopped),40 gm besan,salt, cumin seeds

Throw in some turmeric powder & add in 1/4 cup water then mix thoroughly

Use spoon to scoop out the mixture forming a round patty. Then place onto heated surface. Allow to cook just enough until browned on each side.

Add to a bowl: 100 gm cabbage (chopped),40 gm Onion (chopped),40 gm Capsicum (chopped),coriander leaves,green chili (chopped),40 gm besan,salt, cumin seeds

Ragi Roti

Ingredients

  • 1/2
    cup Ragi(Finger Millet Flour)
  • 1/2
    tsp oil
  • 1/2
    cup water
  • water

Instructions

Add 1/2 cup water, 1/2 tsp oil, & 1/2 cup Ragi(Finger Millet Flour)

Mix well, switch off the flame, cover it & keep it aside for 5 mins

Remove from pot onto plate and begin to combine with hands

Once well combined, form 3 round (and slightly flattened) balls of dough

Then take a rolling pin to roll out dough into a flat round tortilla. Use a bowl to perfect the circular shape and scrape away the edges

Add some water & cook (flipping halfway through)
