Ingredients

  • 1
    tbsp onion
    chopped
  • 1
    tbsp capsicum
    chopped
  • green chili
    diced
  • 60
    gm hung curd
  • 2
    tbsp carrot
    shredded
  • salt
  • 50
    gm paneer

Instructions

Add to a bowl: 60 gm hung curd,1 tbsp onion (chopped),1 tbsp capsicum (chopped),2 tbsp carrot (shredded),green chili (diced)

Grate 50 gm paneer, add seasonings & salt (to taste)

Mix well

Spoon mixture onto slice of bread and top with another slice of bread to make a sandwich

Place sandwich on warm surface to cook, flipping halfway through until lightly toasted on each side.
