Ingredients

  • 1
    cup bengal gram split
  • ginger
    chopped
  • cumin seeds
  • green chili
    roughly chopped
  • 5
    spoons water
  • coriander leaves
  • 50
    gm onion
    diced
  • salt

Instructions

Place 1 cup bengal gram split into a bowl. Wash & soak for 5 hours.

Next place the soaked bengal gram split into a blending bowl and add the following: ginger (chopped),green chili (roughly chopped),cumin seeds & 5 spoons water

Next blend all the ingredients together & place back into a mixing bowl.

To the bowl add: 50 gm onion (diced),coriander leaves(a handful),salt(to taste). Now mix it all together.

Using your hands, take the mix and form small patties (should make about 14). As your form them set them aside onto a large plate.

Once done forming the patties begin to cook on greased and heated surface until browned on both sides. Enjoy!
