Ingredients

  • 2
    pods Espresso
  • 1
    piece Ferraro Rocher
  • drizzle Caramel sauce
  • Chocolate sauce
    drizzle

In a glass cup, garnish the inside of your cup with chocolate / caramel sauce and fill with ice. Then grab your espresso cup and put in 1 single piece of ferrero Rocher chocolate. Using your espresso machine, make a double espresso and let the coffee pour

Using a frother, froth cold milk till it becomes foamy. Now you’ll be ready to pour in your espresso over your cup with ice and then add in your frothed milk over that. Mix it all up and enjoy!

Double Bison Burger - applewood smoked Gouda, grilled onions, Bacon & jalapeños

  • Grounded bison
  • Smoked Gouda cheese
  • Burger buns
  • 1/2
    tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2
    tbsp Ketchup
  • 1/2
    tbsp Mustard
  • Bacon
  • Jalapeños

I used 90% lean 10% fat grounded Bison. Form two 4oz balls. Using your flattop griddle, or any stovetop pan, grill your Bison Pattie’s and bacon until your desired doneness.

I made a quick mix of mayo, mustard, ketchup combining all 3 to make a single sauce. For the buns I went with brioche and slathered both sides with the sauce mixture.

Next I stacked both Pattie’s and topped with the bacon and grilled onions followed by jalapeños. You’re all set! Enjoy.

Japanese BBQ / Sriracha grilled Salmon

Ingredients

  • Salmon
  • Japanese bbq sauce
  • Lemon
    sliced
  • Salt
    as desired
  • Pepper
    as desired
  • Sriracha sauce
    to taste
  • Dried parsley
  • Butter

Instructions

Season your Salmon with lemon pepper, salt and dried parsley. Then top with a few slices of lemon and cubes of butter and re-season the top of that.

Cook on medium heat and hit it with the first layer of bbq after 5-7 mins.

Once butter and Bbq start to form a glaze together, hit it with sriracha followed by another layer of bbq to re-glaze. Total. Cook time is about 18-20 mins. Enjoy!

  • Japanese bbq sauce
  • Vegetable of your choice

Marinade your steaks with Japanese bbq sauce overnight or 4-5 hours before cooking.

Reverse sear your steaks meaning grill indirectly until you reach a internal temperature of 110°. Once at goal temperature sear directly over the flame until internal temp reaches 125°.

Rest for 7-10 mins and while it’s resting too with a bit more bbq sauce. After rest time is over, enjoy!

    pieces Bacon

    pieces Variety of bell peppers

Using hotdogs of your choosing, wrap each individual hotdog with a single piece of bacon and set to the side.

  • Honey or Hot Honey

Slice your figs and top your toast ( I used sourdough) with ricotta. Then pile on your figs, top with a sprinkle of sea salt, followed by some honey of your choosing! I used hot honey for a extra kick.
