Japanese BBQ / Sriracha grilled Salmon

Ingredients

  • Salmon
  • Japanese bbq sauce
  • Lemon
    sliced
  • Salt
    as desired
  • Pepper
    as desired
  • Sriracha sauce
    to taste
  • Dried parsley
  • Butter

Instructions

Season your Salmon with lemon pepper, salt and dried parsley. Then top with a few slices of lemon and cubes of butter and re-season the top of that.

Cook on medium heat and hit it with the first layer of bbq after 5-7 mins.

Once butter and Bbq start to form a glaze together, hit it with sriracha followed by another layer of bbq to re-glaze. Total. Cook time is about 18-20 mins. Enjoy!
