Double Bison Burger - applewood smoked Gouda, grilled onions, Bacon & jalapeños
- Grounded bison
- Smoked Gouda cheese
- Burger buns
- 1/2tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/2tbsp Ketchup
- 1/2tbsp Mustard
I used 90% lean 10% fat grounded Bison. Form two 4oz balls. Using your flattop griddle, or any stovetop pan, grill your Bison Pattie’s and bacon until your desired doneness.
I made a quick mix of mayo, mustard, ketchup combining all 3 to make a single sauce. For the buns I went with brioche and slathered both sides with the sauce mixture.
Next I stacked both Pattie’s and topped with the bacon and grilled onions followed by jalapeños. You’re all set! Enjoy.
