Marinade your steaks with Japanese bbq sauce overnight or 4-5 hours before cooking.
Reverse sear your steaks meaning grill indirectly until you reach a internal temperature of 110°. Once at goal temperature sear directly over the flame until internal temp reaches 125°.
Rest for 7-10 mins and while it’s resting too with a bit more bbq sauce. After rest time is over, enjoy!
