    pieces Hot dogs
  • 12
    pieces Bacon
  • 2
    Yellow onions
  • 3
    pieces Variety of bell peppers
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Pepper
    To taste
  • 12
    Hot dog buns
  • 12
    oz Mixed cheese
    shredded

Instructions

These are irresistible - perfect for a backyard summer bbq!

Using hotdogs of your choosing, wrap each individual hotdog with a single piece of bacon and set to the side.

Then slice up bell peppers of your liking. Dice onions and you’re ready to grill. Using your flattop griddle or any stovetop pan, grill your hotdog constantly flipping until your bacon is evenly cooked on all sides. Halfway through your cook, add in your

For a special kick, grill some mixed cheese on your griddle to make a ‘cheese blanket’.

Once ready put your hotdogs in a bun and top with your peppers and onions. I like to garnish with ketchup, Mayo, mustard but you can use whatever extra toppings you’d like. Enjoy!
