Vegan Mexican Street Corn

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup
    Vegan Mayo
  • pinch
    Salt
  • 1/2
    Tsp Chili Powder
  • 3
    Ears of Corn
  • 1
    Tbsp Sauce
  • Vegan Parmesan
  • 1/4
    Lime
    juiced
  • Cilantro

Instructions

In a bowl, add 1/4 Cup Vegan Mayo

Then, add 1/2 Tsp Chili Powder & pinch Salt and mix.

Set your cooked3 Ears of Corn on a plate. Evenly coat each ear with 1 Tbsp Sauce.

Sprinkle some Vegan Parmesan

Top with 1/4 Lime (juiced) (for one ear) & sprinkle some chili powder.

Lastly, sprinkle some Cilantro or parsley. (Which ever you prefer)

Optional: Add some hot sauce for some spice!
