Ingredients

    Tbsp Cane Sugar
  • 1/4
    Cup Vegan Sprinkles

    Tsp Salt

    Cup Gonanas Original Mix

    Cups Flour
  • 3/4
    Cup Bananas
    mashed

    Cup Vegan Butter

    Cup Milk
    of choice
  • 1/4
    Cup Vegan Butter
    Melted
  • 1/3
    Cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1
    Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2
    Tsp Vanilla
  • 1
    Tbsp Coconut Cream
  • 1/2
    Cup Vegan Butter
    Softened
  • 2
    Cups Powdered Sugar

In a Bowl, add in 3 1/4 Cups Flour, 1 Cup Gonanas Original Mix, 2 1/4 Tsp Instant Yeast, 3 Tbsp Cane Sugar, 1 Tsp Salt, and 1/4 Cup Vegan Sprinkles.

Separately, in another bowl add the 3/4 Cup Milk and 1/2 Cup Vegan Butter and heat to 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Add in the mashed 3/4 Cup Bananas and 1 Tsp Vanilla to the wet mixture.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients together. Mix and knead until you reach a slightly sticky consistency. Place back into the dry mixture bowl and cover with a clean towel. Allow to double in size for 1 hr and 30 minutes in a warm place.

Then, take out and roll the dough out and add spread the 1/4 Cup Vegan Butter, 1/3 Cup Coconut Sugar,and 1 Tbsp Cinnamon. Roll and cut into 16 pieces. Place your rolls separately in an oil or buttered baking dish. Heat oven to 170 degrees Fahrenheit and
