Loaded Fall Sweet Potato

Ingredients

  • 1
    Sweet potato
  • 1 Tbsp
    Almond Butter
    half and half
  • 1 Tbsp
    Yogurt
    of choice
  • 1 tsp
    Cinnamon
    Sprinkled
  • 3/4
    Banana
    sliced
  • Chia seeds
    sprinkled
  • Hemp seeds
    sprinkled

Instructions

Wash your 1 Sweet potato and poke holes with a fork. Microwave on the potato setting or for 6-8 minutes depending on the size.

TSKE out of the microwave and cut in half.

Spread 1 Tbsp Almond Butter (half and half ) Then add 1 Tbsp Yogurt (of choice ).

To top it off, 3/4 Banana (sliced ), 1 tsp Cinnamon (Sprinkled ),Chia seeds (sprinkled), and Hemp seeds (sprinkled ). Enjoy!
