- fewtbsp soy sauce
- 1serving lemongrasstenderized, minced
- fish sauce
- Filipino vinegar
- hoisin sauce
- sesame oil
- chicken (or other protein)

pour few tbsp soy sauce into a bowl and prepare ginger (minced ) and use a knife to prepare 1 serving lemongrass (tenderized, minced).
In a medium bowl, pour soy sauce, 1 splash sesame oil, fish sauce, hoisin sauce, Filipino vinegar, minced ginger + lemongrass, and more ginger (sliced).
Cook chicken (or other protein) in sesame oil + marinade and dice it up once it is a little bit cooked.
let the chicken (or other protein) cook and serve as desired.
