Ingredients

    cup Coconut milk
  • 1/4
    tsp Salt/pepper
  • 1
    cup Butternut squash
    roasted
  • 1
    tsp Lemon
    juice
  • 1
    tsp Dijon
  • 1/4
    cup Nut. Yeast
  • 1/3
    cup Cashew
    soaked
  • 4
    oz Pasta

Instructions

1 tsp Lemon (juice )1/3 cup Cashew (soaked)1 cup Butternut squash (roasted)1/4 cup Nut. Yeast1/4 tsp Salt/pepper1/4 cup Coconut milk1 tsp Dijon 4 oz Pasta

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. boil pasta, drain, add sauce to pasta. Mix to combine. 0.30 cents per serving
