Crispy Chili Paneer (Cottage Cheese)

Ingredients

    tbsp corn flour
  • salt
    to taste
  • 1
    tsp black pepper powder
  • 3
    tbsp oil
  • 4-5
    garlic cloves
  • 2
    green onions
  • 1
    red chilli
  • 2
    tsp soy sauce
  • 2
    tsp red chilli sauce
  • 2
    tbsp sugar
  • 1
    tbsp corn flour water slurry
  • 200
    g paneer
  • 1
    tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

Break paneer into small chunks. Add corn flour, salt to taste, and black pepper powder. Mix it well. Heat oil and fry paneer until nice and golden.

Make your sauce in a pan with oil. Add chopped garlic, green onion whites, green onion, red chili, soy sauce, red chili sauce, sugar, and corn flour water slurry.

Mix the paneer well with sauce. Add sesame seeds and green onion to garnish.
