Family Favorite Recipe: Vegetable Lo Mein
- 3cloves Garlic
- 1/2Red bell pepper
- 5-8Broccoli florets
- 1teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1tablespoon Cooking wine
- 1.5tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1/2tablespoons Dark soy sauce
- 1/8teaspoons Salt
- 1/8teaspoons Sugar
- 1tablespoon Chinese cooking wine
- 2packages Lo Mein noodles
Family favorite recipe: Vegetable Lo Mein
Put on a large pot of water to boil. Dice 1/2 Red bell pepper, 1 Carrot, 5-8 Broccoli florets, 1/4 Onion. Mince 3 cloves Garlic.
1.5 tablespoon Soy sauce,1/2 tablespoons Dark soy sauce,1/8 teaspoons Sugar, 1/8 teaspoons Salt,1 teaspoon Sesame oil, 1 tablespoon Cooking wine
Heat up oil in wok and sauté vegetables according to which cooks fastest. Add sauce and 1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine.
Cook 2 packages Lo Mein noodles for one minute or until firm.
Add cooked noodles to vegetables and sauce.
