Bossam (Pork Belly Wraps)

Ingredients
- Radish/Daikon
- 2leaves Bay leaves
- 2stalks Green onions
- 1whole Onioncut in half
- about a tablespoon of Ginger
- 2heaping tablespoons Doenjjang (soybean paste)
- Pork belly
- 1/3cup Soju

Easy 1-hr Bossam

Add Radish/Daikon, 2 stalks Green onions, 1 whole Onion (cut in half), about a tablespoon of Ginger, 2 heaping tablespoons Doenjjang (soybean paste), 2 leaves Bay leaves and bring to a boil

Add Pork belly, 1/3 cup Soju to boiling pot and boil for about an hour

Remove pork belly from pot. Cut into slices and plate as you like

Serve with rice, kimchi, salted fermented shrimp, ssamjang, or any other side dishes
