Simplest Sigeumchi Doenjang Guk (Spinach Soybean Paste Soup)

Ingredients

  • 1
    large tablespoon of Doenjjang
  • 3
    cloves of Garlic
    minced
  • some
    Green onions
  • 1/3
    Tofu
  • handful of
    Spinach

Instructions

Heat the pot til the water begins to boil

Dissolve 1 large tablespoon of Doenjjang (fermented soy bean paste) in the pot

Add some Green onions and 3 cloves of Garlic (minced )

Add 1/3 Tofu and boil for 5 minutes

Add handful of Spinach and boil for 5 more minutes
6
Serve and Eat
