Ingredients

  • 1/3
    cup Boiled water
  • 1/3
    cup Vinegar
  • 1
    tbsp Sugar
  • 1
    tbsp Salt

Instructions

Add 1/3 cup Boiled water to heat proof bowl.

Then add equal amount of 1/3 cup Vinegar, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 tbsp Sugar and any herbaceous mix-ins (if you wish/ this is optional) for example dill, thyme. I chose butterfly pea plant

Pour quick pickle concoction over vegetable of choice, I used jicama and let sit for at least 20 min in its juices. Serve with main dish or enjoy on its own! Can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.

Ingredients

    tbsp Vanilla paste
  • 1
    tbsp Honey
    ( or preferred sweetener)
  • sprinkle of Salt
  • 1/2 cup Milk or milk alternative
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1
    Banana
    whole and chilled

Instructions

To a blender add 1 Banana (whole and chilled),1/2 cup Water, 1/2 cup Milk or milk alternative, 1 tbsp Honey (( or preferred sweetener)),1 tbsp Vanilla paste,sprinkle of Salt to taste

Blend everything until the texture is nice and creamy and pour in a decorated glass, add a straw and enjoy! The entire bevi comes at around 2 bucks!

Soboro refers to the crackly, crumbly and delicious topping that’s often made from peanut butter. The bread itself is a sweet bun. Not overly sweet and yummy!

    or substitute with 1/2 tbsp of sugar depending on your preference

    tbsp Gochujang
  • 1
    tbsp Sesame oil

    clove Garlic (optional)
    minced

    tsp Dashi stock
  • 1/2
    Jalapeño pepper
    sliced thinly

    of the whole onion Onion

Yummy Tofu Yubuchobap

Ingredients

  • 1/2
    tbsp Sesame oil
  • 3-4
    cloves Garlic
    peeled
  • 1
    about 12 oz, one full package Firm tofu
  • 1
    pinch Salt
  • Garlic
  • 1
    tbsp Dashi base stock
  • 1/2
    tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2
    tbsp Sugar
  • 1
    packet Sticky rice
  • 1
    tsp Dashi base stock
  • a sprinkle
    Sesame seeds
  • 1
    tbsp Rice wine vinegar
  • Bonito flakes
  • 4
    Seasoned fried tofu pocket
  • Sesame seeds
  • Scallions

Instructions

Sauté 3-4 cloves Garlic (peeled ) with 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil until golden brown and fragrant

Add 1 about 12 oz, one full package Firm tofu into a blender with Garlic from step one. As well as 1 tbsp Dashi base stock and 1 pinch Salt, salt to taste.

Prepare 1 packet Sticky rice according to instructions and add 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil, 1/2 tbsp Sugar, 1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar and a sprinkle Sesame seeds!. Mix all together, or you can substitute the vinegar and sugar with 1 tsp Dashi base stock

After rice is seasoned and tofu blended, we can now stuff our 4 Seasoned fried tofu pocket. Layer with tofu mixture, then sticky rice. Top with more tofu mixture and sprinkle with extra Sesame seeds, Bonito flakes, Scallions. Enjoy this rendition on delic
