Ingredients

    tbsp Simple syrup (or honey)
    or substitute with 1/2 tbsp of sugar depending on your preference
  • 1/2
    tbsp Gochujang
  • 1
    tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1
    tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1
    clove Garlic (optional)
    minced
  • 1
    tsp Dashi stock
  • 1/2
    Jalapeño pepper
    sliced thinly
  • 1/4
    of the whole onion Onion
    sliced thinly
  • 1/2
    lb Fresh salmon
