Quick Pickle Recipe
- 1/3cup Boiled water
- 1/3cup Vinegar
- 1tbsp Sugar
- 1tbsp Salt
Add 1/3 cup Boiled water to heat proof bowl.
Then add equal amount of 1/3 cup Vinegar, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 tbsp Sugar and any herbaceous mix-ins (if you wish/ this is optional) for example dill, thyme. I chose butterfly pea plant
Pour quick pickle concoction over vegetable of choice, I used jicama and let sit for at least 20 min in its juices. Serve with main dish or enjoy on its own! Can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
