For the Chicken

  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2
    Chicken Thighs

For the Dry Coating

  • 2
    cups Flour
  • 1
    Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2
    Tsp Paprika
  • 1
    cup Potato Starch

For the Wet Batter

  • 1/2
    cup Dry Coating
  • 1/4
    cup Water


Season your chicken thigh with your seasonings on both sides.
For the dry coating, mix your flour, garlic powder, paprika, and potato starch together. For the wet patter, get ½ cup of the dry coating and mix in a bit water to dilute the batter. Dip your chicken first in the dry coating, followed by the wet batter.
Fry the coated chicken in medium high heat for around 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
To assemble, sandwich the chicken fillet in between some honey mustard sauce, tomatoes, and lettuce. Serve and enjoy!
