Ice Cream Sandwich (Juan Big Bite)

- 1 1/2cup Cream
- 1/3cup Condensed Milk
- 1/2Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1Tbsp Sugar
- 6Graham Stripsor depends on the size of your biscuits
- 2Tbsp Caramel
In a bowl, mix your chilled cream and condensed milk until it forms stiff peaks.
Slowly stir in your lemon juice, sugar, and caramel into the mixture.
In a 9x9 tin, lay your graham crackers evenly. After the 1st layer, spread your cream mixture over the graham crackers. Place another layer of graham crackers on top to form a sandwich. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
Once frozen, carefully cut into even pieces and enjoy!
