Ingredients

Cookies

  • 2
    cups flour
  • 1
    tsp vanilla
  • 100
    g chopped chocolate bar
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2
    cup brown sugar
  • 1
    tsp milk
  • 1/2
    cup white sugar
  • 1
    stick butter
    melted

Sauce

  • 1
    tbsp Biscoff spread
  • 1/4
    cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2
    tbsp milk

Instructions

In a bowl, cream together your wet ingredients (1 stick butter, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp milk) and sugars (1/2 cup brown sugar & 1/2 cup white sugar) until well combined. Fold in 2 cups flour and 1 egg carefully into the dough. Make sure you don’t over mix i

Fold in 100 g chopped chocolate bar and roll the dough into balls (approximately 1 inch in diameter). Place the dough balls in a buttered baking pan. Bake at 175C for 15-20 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.

Set the cookies aside and make the sauce. In a bowl, microwave together some 1/4 cup chocolate chips, 1/2 tbsp milk, and 1 tbsp Biscoff spread. Drizzle the sauce on top of the cookies while they are cooled. Serve and enjoy!
