Ingredients

    kg Beef tenderloin pieces
  • 3
    Cups Water
  • 2
    tsp Salt and Pepper
  • 2
    Cloves Garlic
  • 1
    Onion
  • 1.5
    Cups Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 1
    Tbsp Butter
  • 1
    Tbsp Flour
  • 1
    Cup Beef Stock
  • 1
    Tbsp White Wine

First, pre-cook your beef tenderloin pieces by boiling them in hot water, salt and pepper. Once cooked, put the beef pieces in a separate bowl.

In a hot saucepan, sautee your butter, garlic, onion, shitake mushrooms, and flour. Add the beef stock after the ingredients have cooked.

Once simmered, add the beef back together with the yoghurt and white wine.

Stir well and serve while hot!
