Bacon Corn Balls

- 1/2Cup Flour
- 1/3Cup Cornstarch
- 2Slices Baconshredded
- 1.5cups Corn
- 3Tbsp Japanese Mayo
- 1/2Tbsp Hot Sauce
1. Combine your corn, bacon, and parsley into a bowl.
2. Add in your flour, egg, and cornstarch until well combined.
3. Form your mixture into balls.
4. Fry on medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
5. Top with flaky sea salt and enjoy!
