Nasi Goreng Pattaya (Malaysian style Fried Rice)

Ingredients

  • 2-3
    cloves garlic
    smashed
  • 1-2
    carrots
    chopped
  • long beans / green beans
    chopped
  • 1
    chicken breast
    sliced
  • 6-7
    prawns
  • 1-2
    onions
    chopped
  • 3
    spring onions
    chopped
  • 2
    eggs
  • light and dark soy sauce
  • ketchup
  • cold / overnight white rice
  • fish sauce

Instructions

prepare ingredients

fry garlic, onions, chicken, long beans, carrots

add in cold rice, light and dark soy sauce, white pepper, ketchup, fish sauce

crack an egg, add prawns and spring onion

fry an egg

place fried egg in bowl, fill with fried rice and flip onto serving plate

garnish with tomatoes, cucumber, ketchup and spring onions
