Ingredients

  • 1 1/2
    frozen bananas
  • 1/2
    cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • 2
    tbsp oats
  • 1
    tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2
    cup almond milk
  • 1/2
    cup cold brew coffee
  • 2
    tsp hemp seeds
  • 1
    scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
  • oats, and date syrup
    to top

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass.

Top with extra oats and a drizzle of date syrup.
