Ingredients

  • 3
    large Eggs
  • 4
    teaspoons Milk
  • 3
    tablespoons All purpose flour
  • 1/4
    teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1
    teaspoon Pumpkin spice extract or powder
    1 teaspoon or more to taste
  • 2
    tablespoons Sugar

Pumpkin spice Japanese pancake soufflé anyone? It’s that time of year! Fall weather is upon us and let’s make something to celebrate the season!

All ingredients can be found in your pantry at home! Everything total was less than 5 dollars.

Whisk your eggs and gradually add your sugar. Whisk to stiff peaks!

Now whisk your egg yolks with all other ingredients!

After the yolks been whisked together, fold in one scoop of egg whites to temper the yolks. Then fold in the mixed yolks into the whites!

Time to add to your ziploc bag or piping bag!

Time to get your stove ready! With a nonstick pan, set your flame to the lowest setting. Pipe your soufflé to 3-4 inch diameter. You should have about 3-4 cakes

After piping your soufflé, add a few drops of water before covering for 5 minutes! Remember, low heat is the key!

Now it’s been about 5 minutes and it’s time to flip! Add a little more drops of water before covering!

Time to plate!
