Korean Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1
    tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 3
    tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1/8
    teaspoon White pepper
  • 1
    teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2
    tablespoon Onion powder
  • 1/4
    teaspoon Ginger powder
  • 1
    pound Ground beef
  • Rice paper
  • Neutral oil
  • 1
    teaspoon Sesame oil
  • Scallions
    chopped
  • Kimchi
    chopped

Instructions

To 1 pound Ground beef add 3 tablespoons Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Brown sugar, 1/2 tablespoon Onion powder, 1 teaspoon Garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon Ginger powder and 1/8 teaspoon White pepper. Throughly mix and set aside

Cut up Rice paper into triangle chip shapes

Heat up Neutral oil in a pan and add the rice paper chips one by one until they crisp up. Make sure to shake off excess oil and set aside

Heat up 1 teaspoon Sesame oil and then add your meat. Cook throughly then drain the meat

Lay out your chips in a pan and top with drained meat, your favorite Kimchi (chopped) and Scallions (chopped)

Stir fried ramen

Ingredients

  • 1
    spoon Sesame oil
  • 1-2
    spoons Ramen water
  • 1
    spoon Soy sauce
  • Egg
  • 1
    tsp Sesame oil
  • Scallions
  • Sesame seeds
  • 1
    package Ramen

Instructions

Boil water

Get your ramen

Add the veggie packet and boil your noodles

Make your sauce: add your seasoning packet, 1 spoon Soy sauce, 1 spoon Sesame oil, and 1-2 spoons Ramen water (depending on how spicy you want it). Mix well

Drain your noodles

Heat up 1 tsp Sesame oil and fry an Egg. After egg is mostly cooked turn off your heat. Add your noodles and sauce and mix it up

Garnish with Scallions and Sesame seeds (optional) and Enjoy!

Spicy chicken stew

Ingredients

  • 2.5
    cups Water
  • 3
    Chicken Legs
    skinned
  • 1
    Onion
    roughly chopped
  • 1
    Potato
    roughly chopped 2 inch chunks
  • 3
    heaping spoons Gochujang
  • Sugar
  • Ginger
  • Korean red pepper flakes
  • Green onion
    roughly chopped

Instructions

Boil 2.5 cups Water

Add 3 Chicken Legs (skinned ) boil for 5-8 minutes depending on size of chicken legs

Remove legs and set aside. Add 1 Potato (roughly chopped 2 inch chunks) and 1 Onion (roughly chopped ) Add 3 heaping spoons Gochujang cook for about 4 minutes

Season with Ginger, Sugar, Korean red pepper flakes to taste

Add chicken legs back in after 5 minutes and cook for 6-7 min or until cooked through. Add Green onion (roughly chopped)(optional)

Serve with rice and enjoy!
