Spicy chicken stew

Ingredients

  • 2.5
    cups Water
  • 3
    Chicken Legs
    skinned
  • 1
    Onion
    roughly chopped
  • 1
    Potato
    roughly chopped 2 inch chunks
  • 3
    heaping spoons Gochujang
  • Sugar
  • Ginger
  • Korean red pepper flakes
  • Green onion
    roughly chopped

Instructions

Boil 2.5 cups Water

Add 3 Chicken Legs (skinned ) boil for 5-8 minutes depending on size of chicken legs

Remove legs and set aside. Add 1 Potato (roughly chopped 2 inch chunks) and 1 Onion (roughly chopped ) Add 3 heaping spoons Gochujang cook for about 4 minutes

Season with Ginger, Sugar, Korean red pepper flakes to taste

Add chicken legs back in after 5 minutes and cook for 6-7 min or until cooked through. Add Green onion (roughly chopped)(optional)

Serve with rice and enjoy!
