Ingredients

  • 5-6
    Stem Green onions
    Cut
  • 1
    pound Thin sliced beef
    Cut (personal preference)
  • 1/2
    cabbage Napa Cabbage
    cut
  • 1/2
    pound Bean Sprouts
    Rinsed
  • 6
    individual packs Yakisoba Noodles
    Pan fry
  • 1
    Cup Water
  • 1/3
    Cup Soy Sauce
  • 2
    teaspoons Oyster Sauce
  • 1.5
    Tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
  • Pepper
    As needed
  • A dash Worcestershire
  • A dash Sesame Oil
  • A dash Seasoned Salt
  • 3
    teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 4
    teaspoons Water
    For roux

Instructions

Chop napa, beef, and green onions. Rinse beans sprouts and set aside. Cook beef in pan

Heat pan with oil and then add noodles to pan fry

Sauté napa and bean sprouts until tender

Prepare sauce and roux

Add sauce to pan of napa and bean sprouts along with noodles

Mix until noodles are covered in sauce. Garnish with green onions and serve!
