- Perilla leaves
- 1Firm Tofu
- 1/2can Spam
- 1tbsp Butter
- 1/2bowl Kimchicut
- 1tbsp Sugar
- 1tbsp Sesame oil
Wash Perilla leaves. Perilla leaves are optional but recommended!
Boil 1 Firm Tofu and slice it
Protein is optional. We used Korean 1/2 can Spam because that’s what we had at home at the time but you can try other proteins. E.g. Pork belly or bulgogi.
Stir fry 1/2 bowl Kimchi (cut). The trick is to add 1 tbsp Sugar and 1 tbsp Butter. Finish with 1 tbsp Sesame oil.
Plate it the way you want. Usually it’s tofu surrounding kimchi in the middle, but there’s no one right way to do this! Optionally add 1 Egg (fried)
Wrap it in perilla leaves and enjoy!
